"While traveling out-of-state, I found myself in need of a cashier's check. My credit union is in another state and the recipient doesn't accept personal checks. I checked through my credit union's website to find a shared banking location and found several. My sister & mother use Partners 1st so that seemed a good place to start. "Brandon needs to be retrained. If that even is his name. Walked in there a couple days ago and had an unpleasant experience, not so much for me, but for a worker there. Heard him speaking to a couple of the tellers and for whatever reason the guy started spassing. Not something anyone should deal with. He needs to get trained on how to treat employees better and equally."
"my experience has been horrible . I make my auto loan payments on time every month then they will call me and tell me that i owe a certain amount of money but do not know where from this happened to me 3 times. Their rates are very high and they will add more money and higher rates to your bill without letting you know . Very poor customer service . seems like a they a running a huge scamming business"
"This is a relatively new location. The employees are all extremely nice. Everyone speak to you when you enter the door, and again when you leave. When I go there it's never very crowded so my transaction is completed extremely quick. I'm also in love with this location because It's closer to my home,and now I don't have to drive very far. It's a joy to do business here!"
