"They wont return your phone calls But even when you have scheduled payments they call 900 times!! But can not be bothered to return a phone call over almost a week later we had to track them down to get answers to our loan!!"

"We have used this place for several years. Have had loans and paid them off. And yet the lady (older lady Jenny I think) that works there is very rude to us any time she deals with us. She won't return phone calls and dodges you. But sure in the heck is calling 15 or more times a day if you are 1 day late. MIND YOU THE PAYMENT IS SCHEDULED!!! But sure can't be bothered to return your call!! Maybe we should have looked around before settling with this company! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!"
