"Personal Loans-YES , Taxes-NO …..my situation is such a story I don’t even have the time or energy!!! Do NOT get your taxes done here…simply RUN as their fees are absolutely outrageous (2-3x’s the cost of other tax prep services). Poor communication on how you’ll get your refund and lack on how it’ll get paid back if doing a “advance tax refund”!!!! Only reason for 2 stars is because of friendly staff and helpful when getting just a personal loan. So do yourself a favor and get your taxes done somewhere else fast!!!"

"Used to be a loyal customer with them well I had money loaned to me to put down on a car payment which I payed the car off well I owed them 300 dollars so I was planning on paying them off as soon as I sold my property cause I was in the process of moving out of state well I sold my home and got the money and I turned around and payed a few of my finances off including world financial and they TOLD ME THEY WOULD WORK WITH ME GETTING another loan and my other situation I had a death in the family and they were cutting my ssi short cause I switched my health insurance and they were money out of my q &b well it was Christmas and I needed the money to buy Christmas gifts and to get through the month I call world financial and told them I needed the money for Christmas even tho I was told they would allow me to borrow another loan nothing I asked to speak to her supervisor and I explained to her AND HER SUPERVISOR my situation still nothing so I was worrying what I was going to do so I said just f it and borrow a loan from somewhere else which I’ll have that loan payed off in three months I would give this place a 0 star DO NOT GO HERE OR RECOMMEND A FRIEND OR FAMILY THERE I would go somewhere else or see about applying for a loan online or something"
