Was told to come back on Monday, blouses not even in the building (at Smith cleaners), still missing 2 blouses. Will try again a week later- maybe it will be ready? Ridiculous! If you like to randomly drive to your dry cleaners with no dependable service- this is your place! Not mine."

"Dropped off my college students’ fraternity blazers one week before leaving for college. Picked them up 7 days later. I paid and as I was leaving, I noticed one of the blazers was very wrinkled, and only after I inquired, she told me they didn’t clean it bc a button was missing. No call, didn’t mention when they pulled the items, charged me full price, yet as soon as I said anything she was suddenly aware of the full story. Too late to correct as he was leaving for college over the weekend. Only refunded me $6.85. All across the board, unacceptable."
