"Guys, I highly suggest you do not do business with this company. Read the other reviews, read the reviews on glass door. This company has QA issues, aswell as management issues. I highly suggest you go somewhere else unless you're okay with your linens not being picked up and when you do get your products in, them being dirty, nasty and let's be honest even infested."
"Shelia was awful to work with. I went to make a payment and after the price jumped from one thing to another I told her I would go make a deposit. She ran the payment any way and next thing I know I’m stuck at Children’s Hospital with my kid with no way to pay for anything. This isn’t my first problem I’ve had with Paramount. Shortly after signing up to use their services, I was brought towels that had fly larva all in them that hatched in my studio space. It was awful. The towels are not great and still harbor odors and have stains. The customer service is awful. Go somewhere you will be appreciated."
"I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The quality of their linens is lacking at best, the quality of their service is abysmal, continual issues with deliveries and missing items that are never resolved quickly if at all. Even better, they regularly overcharge for products that haven’t been received. If you are a business owner, please use any other linen company than paramount."
"Is zero rating an option? The company does not pick up when they are supposed to (every two week schedule) and when they do pick up, they keep the coats for weeks and I have to go to their office and ask for them. I spent almost 2 hours there a few weeks back. They could not locate the coats. I have to go there tomorrow because they haven't picked up our coats since the end of June/early July and now we are out. I really wish my employer would change linen companies."
"I have been using Paramounbt for almost 10 years and have always been pleased with their service. They are flexible, and always have what I need. The staff are also very nice. I would recommend using them."
