"The tech was very nice and knowledgeable. He worked fast and communicated everything to us. Came on time too, which after having Polar Bear come out here 3 times, late each time and disappearing for 2.5 hours once, it was a very nice change. We basically had an idea on what the issue was but Polar Bear kept saying it was something different. This tech found and resolved the issue right away. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Thank you very much for the work and saving us from another headache"
"The folks at Service Tech have handled all our A/C and Heat Pump needs since 1994. Our house has an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit with gas heat. They have always responded quickly and efficiently. When we had to get a new gas water heater, they helped us through the financing in cooperation with the gas co. Nearly 30 years I've dealt with them and never had a complaint. They're the only service industry company I would write a review for. I hope I'm not jinxing my luck!"
