"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I called and a man(BOY) answered very rudely. He didn’t want to take my original order which was 100 roses, so I asked for 50, he then started laughing and still tried to make me order a dozen. I ended up narrowing it down to 15 to make it easier on him. He was very rude asking me what did I want on the card, the address etc..he then hung up. I never once got an attitude or smart. I simply called back and he answered and hung up. 0/10 would not recommend!!"

"This place is beyond RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL....we will NEVER do business with florist. My Daughter is a Freshman at The University of Alabama and we wanted to congratulate her on making it through her first month of college by sending her some beautiful flowers. I called to ask a few questions about delivery and the Man (I think it was a man with a high pitch woman's voice) who answered hung up in my face for asking about delivery. Sooo disappointed we will be using The Tuscaloosaal Flower Shoppe for the next 4 years. Hailey gladly placed my order and truly earned my business."
