"Extremely disappointed. Daughter never received flowers, even after me calling a few times to make sure everything was still on schedule, more than a customer should do anyways. However, continuously reassured all was fine. Driver texted asking about location of delivery, continuously texted back w no response from driver. Flowers never delivered. I called to speak w manager, girl said they were not available and they will try again following day, so I asked for a refund bc that’s unacceptable. Also emailed explaining my disappointment hoping for some kind of apology, no response! First and last time time customer and will not be recommending to others."

"I am truly impressed with the quality and overall presentation of the bouquets I ordered. I ordered two of them for my mother, and when she sent me the pictures, I was speechless!! They look exactly as pictured on the website. Job well done Stephanie’s Flowers!!"

"This is my first and last time doing business with Stephanie's Flowers. I ordered a yellow and white bouquet with a vase for my mother's birthday. I ordered online on Saturday for a Monday delivery before 2. I paid nearly $70 for these flowers. The flowers were delivered before 2. I recieved confirmation of delivery, which I appreciate. Unfortunatly, the flowers delivered look nothing like what was pictured. (I'll post photos). I ordered a yellow and white bouquet with greenery. I did recieve notice with my receipt that sometimes substitutions are made, but flowers that closest match what were orderd would be chosen. The flowers recieved were not within the color scheme I ordered. There is significantly more pink flowers than yellow, the bouquet isn't put together very pretty, there is a side of the bouquet with greenery and one rose and the rest of the flowers are off to the other side. Overall it's not symmetrical, not pretty, not what I ordered or imagined and some flowers look like they are dying and aren't fresh. I contacted Stephanie's to see what went wrong. I was met with a very friendly lady. She spoke with her manager who said that substitutions had to be made, the flowers are fresh they just used a "special type of yellow rose" and long stemmed alstroemeria (the pink flowers hanging). That's why they may appear to be hanging so they can be see and this to explain why the yellow rose looks dull. I was told I could come in to swap out flowers, but that it was unlikely to change much. This is where the conversation ended. No additional help was offered and I was just cited the substitution policy again."

"I ordered through a third party flower service and received flowers from this location. I paid almost $75 for a big beautiful bouquet. However, when they arrived, the flowers were less than spectacular and nothing like the picture. The flowers I received I could’ve put together myself and this ruined my Valentine’s Day surprise. I have attached a picture of the flowers I received as well as the ones I ordered. What really angered me was the fact I paid extra money for a bigger bouquet, but the one I received had just TWO roses in it, whereas the one I ordered had at least six. In addition, the bouquet I received had significantly more greenery than flowers, which was not how the bouquet I ordered was portrayed. I was generous with my assessment of two stars because the flowers were pretty, just nowhere near what I ordered. I was very disappointed."
