It's always clean and my dog used to be very shy as a puppy, but with Petco's employees saying hi to him and getting down to his level (he's a Shih Tzu so not very tall lol) he's become very confident in himself. "(UN) HAPPY RETURNS- I didn't go to Petco for my pet needs this time. I went because they are listed as a participant in "Happy Returns" a drop off location for returning online orders from various retailers. Though the staff was helpful and empathetic, they were unable to provide the service due to a lack of proper requisite materials. Just go to FedEx around the corner. They have the right stuff. Sorry, Petco."
