"Wildly expensive. Bait and switch predatory pricing. BEWARE Left two pieces for alterations: a 5 inch Zipper on a skirt and a pocket that needed to be resewn (2 inches). When you drop it off they tell you it is $25 but it would take up to 8 weeks (!!!). I still went ahead since it seemed reasonable. When it was ready, I went to pick it up and they charged me an extra 57.45. That is 82.45 for a simple couple of alterations that took 8 weeks. Astonishingly ridiculous."

"Do not use Park Place. Last week they lost what I estimate to be between $200 and $300 worth of my clothes with no explanation or attempt to make it right. Their response was that I must have taken my clothes to another cleaners and just don't remember. (both my wife and I were in the car at the time of drop at Park Place. While my memory is terrible...my wife's is photographic). So, they lost my clothes, did not accept responsibility (which is what really infuriates me), blamed the mishap on me/my wife....and made no other attempt make it right. Truth be...if they would have taken responsibility...offered a genuine apology, I would have probably shrugged it off and moved on. But to be basically told...sorry pal...your just out of luck...is infuriating. But I guess they are right....I have no recourse available other than to warn others. BTW...if any customers of Park Place picked 5-6 men's button up shirts that don't look like yours please let me know :)"

"I had an unplanned event come up, and I needed clothes ASAP. When I arrived at the cleaners it was already past the cutoff for the day. However, once I explained my situation to Kristy, she was more than willing to help me with my clothes. All in all, I had an excellent experience, and highly recommend Park Place Cleaners."

"Very disappointed with this cleaners. Way over priced. $9 for pants. That is just ridiculous. Shirts were laundered with heavy starch and everyone had wrinkles at the belly button where they hooked it up to the machine press. Staffed with one person that I am not sure spoke English. The only reason I did not give them a one was because the service was reasonably efficient. Will not be back."
