Done Right Carpet Cleaning

"Done Right Carpet Cleaning Tech Alexander did a horrible job. I attached two Photos, the dirty carpet is what he claimed he cleaned. I used my upright Bissell Carpet Shampooer and it cleaned the carpet really good. We had to reshampoo our entire house .I see good comments of other people reviews which they had good remarks. Obviously I got the wrong one and plus he stated he does a good job since his wife has so-called OCD. . I was very unsatisfied! Alexander who came out to my place, didn't do a good job in my living room and dinning area and half done in the other rooms, I explained to him in the beginning before he started that I want quality and not to rush. Well that didn't do any good, after he rushed to get to his next job, the last two rooms all he did was wet the carpet and pretty throughout the house. He tried to tell me that he couldn't get the dirt out the carpet because he claimed that because of the carpet being walked on it wouldn't come clean. I explained to him that he could get the dirt up. I ended up using my Bissell Upright Carpet Shampooer in the areas where he claimed that he cleaned and the dirt came right up. Use them at your own discretion, I wasn't satisfied at all and I paid them $360.50 for work that I did and finished!!! The 1st picture is what he said he did! The second picture is what I did with my Bissell right after he left!!"
