"Andrew at Wilbur's replaced and re-routed our main line along with some other pipes. Our house is old and has its quirks. He showed up early and stayed late when he didn't have to, to make sure we had running water that night. He came back the next morning to finish buttoning up everything. The job wasn't easy and he managed to do it all himself. He was professional and carried a great attitude. Andrew & Wilbur's did a great job communicating with us. From the initial call to when to expect them to be at our home. They showed up when they said they would. I'd recommend this Company to anyone."

"We had a fantastic experience. Our water line broke in the freezing weather and Wilbur sent out Mr. Dale to help us. He came out in the dark and pouring rain. He had to dig in the mud using a flashlight while being rained on in the middle of the night. He was able to identify the problem. He came out the next day and finished working on it. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We think he deserves a raise and we hope to see him again the next time we have trouble with our plumbing. We are up and running with water like normal now."

"Connor arrived at approximately 1.5 hours after my initial contact with the business. I appreciated the photo ID of Connor prior to his arrival. Connor was informative, professional, and checked out the furnace and thermostat for malfunctions. He was instrumental in submitting his diagnostics of the heating system’s operational issues to my home warranty company per my request. He demonstrated patience with me throughout the entire process. Connor replaced the transformer and installed one of our new filters. Negatives: The dirty filter led to Connor looking for the cleanliness of the unit’s coils and “lungs”. The price tag to clean the unit would be over $1400. I was unable to negotiate a 50/50 payment installment over 30 days. I was left without heat on another “hard freeze warning” night on 1/19/24 with wind chills expected to range around -5 degrees tonight and temps in the am of 1/20/24 around 2 degrees. Burrrrrrrr! Trying to survive temps colder than Antarctica tonight! My home warranty declined coverage for the service."
