"Very disappointing experience. Brought my phone in Saturday for an extended warranty check-up. Verizon recommended the battery and screen be replaced. Upon those two things being replaced (after five hours and despite having a pre-scheduled appointment), my phone was still rebooting constantly and the power button was still malfunctioning. After the tech (neither tech told me their names or introduced themselves) said my phone was still not fixed, I asked him next steps. He didn't understand what he was supposed to do per the directions from Verizon, so he sent me home saying I would get a call on Monday with an update. No one called Monday, so I called. A very rude tech answered and said "I don't know why he told you Monday, he's not even here today. It'll be Tuesday or Wednesday before we call you back". Today is Wednesday. No one called. I called, was told I should have never left with my phone due to them replacing the battery and screen, and was told to come in ASAP. Anthony was the only one who could help me. He was kind, prompt, and communicated clearly what was happening as he processed my warranty replacement. After five days my new phone is finally on the way. Unless Anthony is working, don't go to this location. It seems like all of this could've been avoided with some kindness, interpersonal skills, and better job training."

"Do not go here. I had a work order put in through Verizon to have my husband's phone worked on. Verizon told me they should take no more than 2 hours to complete the repair. I knew this wouldn't be the case. I took the phone in for repair around 1ish. They had the work order, told me they were really backed up and would be ready at the latest 1pm the following day and indicating to go somewhere else for repair but I planned to be in the area for several hours anyways. Drop off was Saturday 1/6/24. I called around 4:45 because I was still in the area, I live an hour from this location, and was told the screen was replaced but still had to put it on the software machine to ensure everything was working and would have it ready in an hour. I told the guy that I couldn't wait another hour with 4 kids any longer and would come back the next day to pick it up. He assured me it would be ready. My husband the next day, Sunday 1/7/24, went to pick it up. It wasn't ready. The technician was told he didn't know it was to be worked on. Screened was replaced, the guy was able to do/open everything and the device appeared to be in complete working order, but refused to give it to him because it had to be ran on the software machine. My husband was informed to wait another 35 minutes. He did, came back, was told the software machine wasn't working and to come back the next day (Monday, 1/8/24). This is my husband's phone so he had no way to call and tell me what's going on so I could arrange repair at another location. The guy told him they could put his broken screen back on and give it to him but then what's the point in that? When my husband got home, he immediately told me what happened. I tried to call the store. It was 3:30pm. The store was supposed to be open until 5pm yet when calling, it said the store was closed. Now I am for the 3rd time using my time to have to go pick up the phone just to have it repaired by a mobile technician. I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"I got my screen replaced here a few weeks ago. The staff was incredibly nice and super fast. Unfortunately, the work itself was awful. I tried to go back multiple times after work and on weekends but every time they had closed early or the hours posted online were simply inaccurate. I’ve also tried to call but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The screen is barely functional. Random buttons are pressed non-stop. You can’t text. You can’t look at pictures. You can’t do anything. The screen is also not fully attached. The top right corner gaps away from the phone. I ended up having to buy a whole new phone. The repair was worse than dealing with the broken screen. I’m normally not one to leave bad reviews but this has been so expensive and so disappointing."

"I went in to get my computer screen fixed. Please know that it’s best to make an appointment on their website before coming in. If not, they’ll work you in. I was a walk-in, and I think I waited maybe 30 mins before I could be seen/checked in with the front desk clerk due to people with appointments coming in. This place seems to work well with phones. I noticed that people that had phone issues was in and out and seemed pleased with the service. However, with computer fixes they are not as efficient. The associate was unsure about rates as well as the things needed to get the computer screen fixed. I was given a general estimate of $420-500 plus I believe $60 for mailing the computer to and from where it will be fixed. They also informed me that it would be a 4-6 week turnaround. I was pushed for time. At that price, I decided to just add the extra $$$ and get a new computer. The place was clean and tidy. It seems like they are Great for phone fixes, but very expensive for computer screen fixes (in my opinion)."
