"Anthony and Ricky came through to help us hook up our washer and dryer after moving into a new home because it's not back in the days when I was a teenager (word to Q tip and Jamal and Malik). The dryer needed the plug changed and a good servicing after about 10 years of use due to becoming noisy and feeling the vibration (Word to Marky Mark and the funky bunch). I figured it would be nice to have the pros take care of it, and they did so professionally (word to Leon). They started by confirming what I called them in for and then explained service and labor charges and costs of parts before doing the work to make sure I was good with it. Since I was able to do it, I did. They got to it and leveled both machines as well as testing out the washer on a full cycle while working on the dryer which took a little more time. All in all they were in and out, friendly and made sure I understood the issue and how they needed to fix it. Great service! Worth the price of the convenience! A+"
