"I'm not sure to how to feel about this place. Customer service was decent. But when they finished, I checked my oil myself an the oil level wasn't where it should have been. He offered to top it off, Thank you for that sir but if you JUST changed the oil shouldn't it already be at the proper level? He blamed it on the inclined but I pointed out the car isn't on the incline. Then he says when he checked it, it was at the proper level. Why when I check it it's not?, but i digress. Then I was offered fuel injection cleaning thinking they popp the hold an do it manually, negative theythey poured something in the tank an charged me 70 bucks for it when I could have done the same thing for free. Now that was a rip off, very frustrating when you spend your hard earned money an ppl try to get over on you or don't do what you paid for. I hope they really changed my oil smh. Good customer service tho."
"The supposed owner Jay is an inconsiderate cheap lying and lazy man. He was extremely rude and sarcastic. He tried to overcharge for multiple services and requested cash. I don’t trust this place."
"The only good service came from Kelly. The owner was a rude,chubby guy and the guy who worked on my vehicle was just supposed to do an oil change, but diagnosed things already done including sway bar parts on my chevy and then though did no rattling beforehand..now rattled with the wind and every turn made. I took it back to them within 20 min and asked him to tighten back whatever he loosened and got no fix. THEY ARENT TRUST WORTHY AND THEYVE LOST MY BUSINESS AS OF TODAY 20 MINS AGO.HE ALSO LEFT THE DOORS DIRTY IN DOOR PANELS AND OUTER DOORS ABD STEERING WHEEL!"
"I had a great experience! Kind, friendly and fast. My car needed an oil change. It was not doing good, I waited way to long. When they where done I went to pay and it was way cheaper then when I lived in Illinois. My car drives much better now. Thank you."
