"I called about a problem with my Bakers Pride oven. It had burnt wires on top, the elements weren’t heating. I was charged over $1400 dollars to replace the wires and thermostat. Less than 2 weeks later the oven stopped working properly again. The same day you replaced the thermostat. I immediately called your company and reported the problem. I feel I have been wrongfully charged $450 dollars. The second repair should have been under warranty and I was charged again, for you to repair the oven less than 2 weeks after the initial repair Why? The second time you came out should have been no cost to me. Especially when the oven was working fine before the thermostat was replaced and stopped working the same day, you worked on it."
