"Horrible!! My son went here for almost 2 years. In that time he had 6-8 ear infections which she refused to send to ENT for further treatment. Switched Drs and the new Dr recommended an ENT which placed tubes in his ears. In the short time between switching Drs and his tubes being (2months) placed he had 3 ear infections. And his ears had fluid the day of placement. Had we stayed with Dr Robb my son would have kept experiencing ear infections. I definitely would recommend StVincent network over Dr Robb and IU any day."

"If I could give zero I would. This doctor should lose her license and for many reasons. No child nor parent should endure what we have had too over the years with this doctor. Just to be clearer I stayed with this doctor to give her a chance and she blew it. I came to this doctor years ago thinking she had competence in special areas since she lays claim to be a specialist. She is no specialist. My kids needed various help in different health issues. From tongue tie, GERD, jaundice, eczema, high metabolism. I know what tongue tie & jaundice is because I was born with it and I know that without getting the tongue tie clipped a child will have issues in feeding well and keeping weight on. I needed her to give me a referral to a doctor whom specializes in tongue tie and instead of giving me a referral she refused and took it upon herself to self diagnose without a special knowledge in tongue tie. I tried for years to get her to understand the importance of the tongue tie needing clipped. She refused to hear it. Instead now my second, third, and fourth born children continued to have issues because of her neglectful care. The next I needed from her was special formulas for GERD & lactose issues my children have. She refused to help me in that. She had no advice on what kind of formulas nor milks I could/should use for the issues of GERD & lactose issues. I informed her that I had my daughter on ready-made formula & this doc didn't even know what ready-made formula was nor did she understand that powdered formula & ready-made formula have the same exact calories and nutrition. The doc forbade me to find a different formula. This doc was putting my children in danger of losing weight even more because she refused to work with me to find a formula & a set of milks that would work for them. I helped my kids gain their weight thru other knowledgeable docs & nurses advice online along the way as well as called around to get free advice from other docs & nurses & when I informed her of this she cornered me chewing me out along the way. Making me feel unsafe. Falsifying her notes & saying I am the problem when she was the problem. She refused to acknowledge that my baby has GERD, tongue tie, only adding later in notes she had jaundice. She also refused over the years to acknowledge my oldest has eczema & refused to help her. Anyone that knows anything about tongue tie & jaundice knows that weight gain for babies that have these issues is very hard to keep on. Add on the cold/flu season and it's a mountain to climb. However her incompetence showed thru and her threatening me & telling me that if I ever went to another doc to try to get a second opinion about the tongue tie or anything that she would report me. By that time I'd had enough & I tried to report her several times to higher ups there in that facility & all they do is back each other up. When I showed my concern for another patient being tortured behind a closed door by their staff while staff ignored the patients pleas I was chewed out for stepping up & told that it was none of my business. Excuse you but when a child is screaming for their parent and the staff isn't showing any concern for the child's need for that parent to hold them it is very much my business. Definitely DO NOT go to this doctor. She will smile in your face at first and make you believe that she cares and then when you show any kind of concern for anything she will turn on you like a snake. My baby thanks to me had gained 5 more lbs. since her last weight check there and all by me changing her formula & adding cereals. This doc says she cares but all she cares about is hurting others and double dipping the insurance company so she can get paid for a job she doesn't do. The state needs to look into this facilities fraud they do. She just recently tried to send me to Riley Hospital for a bogus run around. I caught on real quick to it and told her there was no need for it and she argued with me. It was evident she was saying these things because she was angry with me that I wanted a second opinion."

"We saw Dr. Robb for my youngest son and was overall happy with our visit. The staff added the information for my oldest so when we called back to make an appointment following the start of his insurance it would be easier. A month later I got a call saying they would not accept my oldest as a patient because we missed an appointment. I never made an appointment for him, we didn’t have insurance on him. They said they’d still see my youngest but would not budge and try to understand a mistake was made to see my oldest. Unfortunately we will not return with my youngest because it’s inconvenient and I’m unhappy with the overall efficiency of the office."

"Dr Robb has always been a great pediatrician to my three kids from birth. Very knowledgeable with a great basis in practical parenting. She is very patient and always willing to answer our questions. The location at Glendale mall is very convenient with great staff."
