The technician,, Ryan , arrived as scheduled, carefully inspected the site and made a decision to solve the pipe leak which was previously repaired by another company. As it turns out, the previous repair was flawed. Ryan’s 20 years of experience and his communication skill helped me understand the fix. It was now correctly repaired. Ryan’s support with the staff at Eagle not only phoned early on to confirm, sent a text that he was on the way with a map of his route. Customer service I should rate at 5 stars."
