"Pet Angel did the cremation of my girl Diesel. They did a great job. Put her in a velveteen bag then in a nice wooden box with her name engraved on it as well as a paw print. She was 15 and Pet Angel did this in a timely manner and I would recommend this place. Thank you Pet Angel."

"We had to lay one of my babies to rest on 12/28/22, the emergency vet already worked with Pet Angel so we went this route since we were already dealing with so much. I called Pet Angel the same day to order a paw print impression and inked print ($30/ each in addition to cremation costs) and was told my baby would be ready for pick up from my local vet on Tuesday, 01/03/23. On 01/03 I called around 10am for an update since I’d forgotten to ask and had to leave a voicemail. I called my vet to be safe and was told they hadn’t received any deliveries but would call me if/when they did. On Wednesday I still hadn’t heard anything so I called Pet Angel again and was told “oh, he’ll be dropped off tomorrow (Thursday) that’s our delivery day” at this point I expressed my frustration at the misinformation as I’d taken time off work to accommodate retrieving his cremains. At this point I was told I could come pick up his cremains, I again expressed frustration because I would have come by on 12/29 (I was later told he was ready this day) rather than wait until after the new year had this option been presented day one. Thursday, 01/04, it’s 1pm and I haven’t heard anything so once again call Pet Angel to see what’s going on. The only information I get is to wait an additional 2.5 hours and he should be delivered. I got, what I feel was an empty apology for all the delays and misinformation and no offer for compensation or empathy for the stress. I finally got a call at 3pm from my vet that he’d been dropped off. All of this could have been avoided had I just been given all the options on day one. The lack of urgency and empathy from Pet Angel will keep me from using their services again. I would have expected a lot more care and help from a business that deals with such sensitive times and situations."

"This has been the hardest loss I’ve ever experienced. After such a loss, you start thinking of the things you wish you did to prepare for “after,” one of which for me was saving some of his fur as a keepsake. I hated that I didn’t have any of his fur left. Then I picked up his ashes, and what a beautiful experience that was. I received the clay print and ink print that I asked for, but in addition to that, I also received some of his fur. I immediately started crying, I couldn’t believe it, I was beyond grateful. So I just wanted to say thank you for doing that, I thought I would never be able to see or touch his fur again, but now I have some that I can treasure forever."

"Much gratitude to Waylon at Pet Angels, Mobile, who went over and above for my sweet Polo. I had to make that awful decision for my sweet baby on Thursday, May 13, 2021. I then had to make the choice for the remains and I opted for the communal cremation so he could run free with the lizards and squirrels! Of course I second guessed every decision I made, including this one. My vet mentioned that Pet Angels would handle the cremation, so I decided to call/email them. I just needed to know that they truly were getting my Polo and what the process was. Waylon was amazing. He explained everything and even offered the paw print that I had wished I had thought of before. He kept me informed every step of the way, even taking a special request from me for a lock of my baby’s hair. The emails were so personal and I know it took lots of his time. I was struggling emotionally a lot, but after chatting with Waylon and being informed on every step of the process, I began to find peace. If you are reading this, I know you are going through a terrible time. Please know that Waylon/Pet Angels in Mobile is truly phenomenal in handling the final stages of your baby crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you Waylon for helping me through such a terrible, sad time."

"Pani: These folks do genuinely care for you and your family. I wanted to be with my girl Pani at time of cremation, sent an email inquiring an ETA if I could make it. I didn't respond to their reply, I was called. Not only was the person making the call fantastic and informative to help me make a decision, there was no rush. Accommodating and truthful. Non biased. They had my girl on hold during the interim till contact was made and a true decision. The inscription is beautiful, thank you for the care. It takes a whole team to give all as such. From the ones that collect, handle, walk with their shell to the ashes. To you all, from the bottom of our hearts we thank you."
