"I was refused service/ purchase of children’s medication “ ibuprofen and Tylenol” for not having a physical drivers license/identification. Nowhere in your policy, does it state that you have to have a physical identification. I provide digital ID from my apple wallet which is still government issued. Please review your store policy. And educate your cashiers. I understand you are private business, and have your own set of rules and regulations but get with the new times. Digital IDs, and digital forms of payment are getting more more relevant this day and age."

"I just left there purchasing some items for my home and fur babies. I purchased my dogs some flea pills. I live 45 minutes away. By the time I make it home to give my dogs the medicine and I try to open ip the package I notice it’s already opened and the pills are missing. I called the store I visited 3 times! They did not answer so I called 1-800- WALMART to file a report because I wanted someone to know what happened because I didn’t want any issues on tomorrow after I make a soecial trip 45 minutes one way to go to the store again. I was told they wouldn’t be able to help me even though they know It’s my fault!!! I’m sorry Walmart but I will not be paying for packaging. My fut babies have to suffer another night. I understand it may not be your fault but it isn’t mine either. Maybe if I had a cashier to ring me up she would have noticed it or if the shelves were tiddy an associate would have noticed and taken the correct steps to move the item from the shelves before a hard working person like me looses money!!! When I saw the packaging which I thought was the item I needed I thanked God only to find out it had been stolen by the enemy. Lord I pray they do right by me and give me my money back!!!"

"I was in the area and wanting to look at their decorations, so I came in. HUGE parking lot. I was greeted when I walked in by an employee. I went to their decorations and looked around. While I found several items that were close to what I was looking for, they did not have the specific items I was looking for. Large selection otherwise."

"My experience was pleasant overall, really. I will say, from what I noticed, the inventory on stocked grocery items was on the low side, however, I did go between the times of 2-3pm on a Sunday afternoon. This location was also very busy at this time, so with that in mind, I do believe it is most likely not always this way and they had the two random items I needed from the grocery department. Even with it as busy as it was, I only waited in the self-checkout line for under 10 minutes, possibly even just 5 minutes. The employees working the self-checkout area were very friendly, helpful and alert, which was refreshing considering some other Walmart experiences I've had in the past. All in all, I cannot complain and believe 5 starts is fair considering I easily and quickly found parking, buggies and baskets were available, grocery items were in-stock, checkout line and wait time wasn't too long and the as my experience was fine and the items I needed were stocked, and the employees were friendly, helpful and informative."
