"Awesome locally owned business that’s been at the same location for as long as I can remember (30ish years). My parents used this business for 20 years until they moved from the area. Recently the impeller on my Polaris robot booster pump failed and I could not find anyone who had these in stock. I called creative and the lady who answered the phone said she didn’t know much about this but she would have one the guys give me a call when they got in. I almost didn’t expect to hear back because it’s a relatively cheap part but I was wrong. Rodney called me a few hours later and we talked for a few minutes. He said he did not have one in stock but he normally does and just didn’t realize he was out of stock. Rodney said he would be going to the supply house the following morning and would get some if they had them and would then call me to let me know if he has them or not. The next morning I received a call and they said they had it at the counter waiting on me. This is the type of personal customer service that used to be common in our society. Unfortunately it is not anymore. There are many big chains you can use for pool equipment or services. But there are very few local companies who who provide this type of service. I would certainly recommend doing business with these guys."

"Liner installed July 2022. Pool covered August 2022. Pool uncovered April 2023 hence no usage during this time. Now the liner has lost its traction and has started to wrinkle at the bottom of the pool. The company was no help and only wanted to say what they would charge to fix it."

"I cant say enough great things about Creative Pool and its staff. Rodney and Gary REALLY know their stuff. I bougbtbthis house last November and the pool hadnt been used in 13 years. They replaced my liner, installed a new filter and even had a replacement motor for my pool pump. Rodney even found the pumping leak under the skimmer box. I wont be using anyone else but them!"
