"Over this past week my classmates met at "the main house"#45 for our Christmas spectacular. Spacious and nice. We did have a lil cleaning to do once we arrived but nothing major. Our rooms were decorated nice the whole house is nice. We have visited some of the others before. By far this is our favorite. We enjoyed ourselves and we will be back. One more thing an iron and ironing board would be nice.."
"Chesnut Bay Resort has been the location of our family’s mini reunion/meetup for the past several years. The lake house that we’ve repeatedly stayed in (#44-Dock Holiday) is spacious, nice and very well-appointed for our 12+ occupants. During our most recent visit, in November 2023, we appreciatively noted that the house had some maintenance updates such as fresh paint and additional furnishings. The customer service has greatly improved over prior experiences and any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner via email. Everyone in our family expressed the same sentiments-“Looking forward to next year!”"
"My family and I stayed here in the month of June and it wasn't super humid yet. The rooms were great in #20, 3BR Sunshine Cottage. There are a few pools that were also great, but the beach area is kind of small. The nights were quiet and the overall atmosphere here was nice."
"Wonderful relaxing, great time. Rental houses are absolutely fabulous and the water park awesome. My grandchildren and my 2 great-grandchildren had a fantastic time in the park. Already planning another trip, maybe for a week next time, not just weekend Thanks to everyone there for the great experience"
"We had an awesome time. The guest pools have a water slide. They have awesome activities as well as lake activities available. We we enjoyed canoeing, kayaking and trying out the water trike. On site is a water park you can visit as well. On top of that we had a ton of fun on the bounce pillows as well. We will be coming back!"
