"Had a lot of fun on this trail. Pretty easy trail but the second half is rocky so be prepared for rocks. Great view at the top and lots of different plants along the way. Rhododendrons are thick at the top"

"Nice hike up to Mount Pisgah. The trail is short (only about 1.3 each way) but steep and rocky. The trail gradually climbs for the first 0.5 miles and then gets steep as you climb up to the summit. There are hundreds of rock steps to climb but you'll eventually reach the deck at the top. The view was a bit overgrown when I was there but the views are still great (even with the tower)."

"This is a 1.5 mile hike to the top where the TV tower sits. There's a nice wooden deck up top with amazing views. The hike starts out easy and gets steeper the closer you get to the top. The trail builders did a great job of places rocks as steps so it is very easy to navigate. I think you climb over 700 ft to get to the top."

"This is a great hike; 1.5 miles of heavy breathing, sweaty backs, and amazing views. Bring bugspray because even though the top is scenic, you will be swarmed in the summer. Bring good shoes, this ain't no cakewalk. Kids are welcome but it can get difficult, be wary of that. I think it's best to go in the fall."

"It was gorgeous at the summit! But be prepared to hike on a trail that is straight up in the majority of spots. The trail is VERY rocky and make sure you have on good hiking shoes! If you go later in the eve6like we did bring a flashlight. You will need water too. We had a blast."
