"This business was formerly Pet Styles and i had been going there since they opened(13 years). I never had a problem. The owner sold the business to these people. I gave them a try with bad results. I took my 2 westies to them and couldn't be more upset. Both of them were just hacked up especially on their faces. I told the girl at the desk i wanted a westie cut and the face to be rounded. I have attached a picture of the before and after they were cut. Having never had a problem before i picked them up, paid the bill and took them home. It was then that I noticed how terrible the cut was. We called them back to talk to them about it but all I got was an arguement "we gave you what you asked for". You can see by the pictures how bad they cut. The girl was so disrespectful that i decided to call the owner. I sent her pictures and she said the groomer was one of her best but she didnt know why she had cut them that way. She offered to correct the cut and even it out or would "give me a discount" after their hair grew back on the next cut. She said to let her know. I sent her a text as she suggested but have not heard back from her 6 days later. I will not be back. I would think twice before using them."

"Okay so I called this place because I was pressed for time and I needed my 3 lb miniature Yorkie cut and groomed, on a Saturday and I didn't even call 10 a.m. and they told me to bring him on, everywhere was booked. So there was an issue with a cut I was unhappy with it and I live across town like literally I live on Moffett Road so by the time I got home and noticed I was unhappy with it I wasn't about to go back across town. I called the store they took my information and the manager called me back within 20 minutes and let me tell you she was the most genuine human being I have spoken with in a long time. Not only did she refund my money but she offered to fix the mistake not only that she was completely conducive to my schedule and me getting my refund. I'm telling you what even though there was a small mistake made I will not take my dog anywhere else I will always come to Pet Styles, all of the people here are genuine especially the managerial staff. I am so pleased with the way the mistake was handled."
