Yeah, force people with severe anxiety to play phone tag. If you want me to take my business elsewhere, at least have the courtesy to say so. Don't waste my time by making me play phone tag, and don't waste yours by going here."

"You can't speak to anyone when you call. Your only option is to leave a message and play phone tag for days to get a response. The few times I did see my counselor, it went great, other than the fact that they were late to 2/4 of my scheduled appointments. I specifically asked prior to an appointment if they accepted my insurance. Suddenly, they are no longer in network. My counselor had to take a leave of absence and the office would not set me up with someone else to speak with in my counselors absence. Jennifer, the receptionist is rude and calls you "doll" on the phone. She also mispronounced/misspelled my name several times, even after being corrected. I sought counseling to work through my distrust of people and PTSD. My experience was not therapeutic. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and money."
