"After my grandson moved here we had to find a good pediatrician for him. Dr Lynette Martin is outstanding, she goes above and beyond in treating the whole person. She not only focused on his physical care, but her interpersonal attention with him is amazing. Physically mentally and emotionally. She is 100% in my book. As well as the front and back office staff. I have never had a bad experience with them in the 6 years we had visited them."

"We love DR. Gilbert he is amazing with kids and has lots of patience with them. We owe a bill for my daughter, when my son went the dentist no one called to say they couldn’t see him because we owed a bill and when my husband got there they were about to brush his teeth and the front desk lady ran back and said we can’t see him because you owe money in front of everyone and my husband and son were both really embarrassed."

"If I could give them no stars I would. We’ve been going here since my first child was born (going on 4.5yrs now) & since having my second & third children it’s been nothing but a mess, we were “terminated” from their services & on the phone it was from “no shows” (we’ve never not shown up for a visit.) a letter I received said for “non compliance to vaccine requirements” which again is a lie because my children have all the mandated vaccines. Rude staff & some half a** doctors are an understatement for their staffing. I’ve been looking into switching my children anyways & that was my final straw."

"An absolutely horrible office and will never be back. Dr. Medsker didn’t seem to care much about anything. They put the medical practice first before your child. Along, with them pushing vaccines on you so they get money. They do not work with you and help you understand and discuss the scare that you may have with vaccines to new parents."

"Called on Saturday to see if my sick child could come in and be seen. He has a history of asthma and allergies, but had developed a severe cough. I called and asked if they had any sick appointments open to which she quickly said “unfortunately no we do not. We are fully booked.” Which having worked in a medical office I understand, however, she didn’t even ask what was going on. She didn’t ask symptoms, name, birthdate, or anything of the sort. If you truly care about your patients you would assess the situation and see if they truly need to come in/could try some treatment at home. The nurse I spoke with cared none whatsoever about my child, which leads me to believe she doesn’t care about any other children either."
