"The Dandelion Lodge is set in the most amazing of southern settings - on the banks of the Dog River, among those beautiful moss covered oaks that scream the “Deep South”. What is really unique is its history as a speakeasy from the twenties. Lovingly restored, it’s a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I love sitting by the river just relaxing. Located not far from the city of Mobile, it offers the ability to make a quick trip there. I stayed at Mardi Gras time - so easy to get to the city to enjoy the festivities! Room for lots of people too!"
