"I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the Home Depot service, or should I say a lack of it. I purchased the appliance and installation service 3 weeks (!!!) ago. After my delivery being rescheduled I had to go to Home Depot to make sure the promised delivery would happen. I had to wait for the rescheduled delivery to only find out the dishwasher would be just dropped off by inexperienced boy that does not even work for Home Depot. The boy has told me he never even drove the truck before and that he works for some third company contractor. The boy could not install the dishwasher and did not take the old one. I went to Home Depot to talk to assistant manager right away and told him the service is beyond unacceptable. I am in the process of selling my house and I need this appliance to be installed ASAP!!! I am yet to have a scheduled installation for this dishwasher and I don’t even know if this appliance work. The assistant manager could not help me much. Home Depot charges for the installation services and does not even have the technicians that can do it. Maybe Home Depot should not charge for services they don’t actually provide?! I will never ever use Home Depot for buying ANY of the products this corporation carries for I don’t want to support this business. I would give Home Depot and it’s workers -10 out of 10. Complete unprofessionalism that is unheard of!"
