"We had problem with our ice maker. Nic Thomas was the tech. He replaced the component 3 different times and it still didn’t work. After all that Sears sent out a different tech. He said the previous tech (Nic Thomas) hadn’t even plugged in the wiring harness and that’s why the new component hadn’t worked.When we looked up his company on Google ( CTI, LLC) the phone number was answered by a man who slurred his words and was cursing when he answered the phone. Thomas and the company that he ‘works’ for are incompetent idiots. He’s probably the only tech they have. Do not trust them to repair anything. It took weeks for us to get a competent tech to simply plug in a wiring harness. What an absolute idiot and a terrible company that CTI LLC is!!"

"Between Michael, who set up the repair schedule along with timely follow-up texts, and the quick arrival of replacement parts delivered directly to my home I always knew where we were in the repair process of our dishwasher. Nick arrived to complete the repairs with just a few days of parts arrival and was everything you'd want in a repair tech - professional, courteous, careful around cabinetry, etc, thorough and very personable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience."
