"Experienced a water leak in our condo laundry room. Lee company responded that very day. Dan arrived an immediately began to search for source of leak. It required cutting of drywall. Source of leak found and resolved quickly. Dan cleaned up laundry room. He was professional, courteous, and careful not to contaminate other parts of our condo. Very well pleased with results."
"I recently have had work done on my heating system. I had to have a thermostat replaced which Charles did a very good job. There is no way he would know that it would blow a fuse later that night and have to come out again the next morning to fix that. He was here first thing in the morning as it was a very cold night. He figured out the problem and fixed that as well. He was very nice and informative and was kind enough to keep in mind that I had an appointment to get ready to for. I would love to give Lee Company 5 stars but the billing system they have is cumbersome and takes way too long to process. After the work is complete I have had to wait over 15 minutes just for the ticket to be created and to pay for the service. I think there should be a more efficient way for this to be done. An ipad with a square that the payment can be processed all at one time would be better. If there is trouble getting a connection on the phone it takes much longer. Lee Company has been out to my house several times and that always seems to be a issue. If you come up with a better way to create service tickets and process payments I will give you 5 stars!"
