"I would highly recommend not using this provider for any type of counselling. I went in with an open mind- willing to share any and all information that I thought might help. I requested a letter to be used in a legal proceeding and the provider basically never addressed the specific areas of concern that I was completely honest and up front with her from the very beginning, that I needed help and guidance with. Instead, she wrote a very nasty and partially untrue account of the things only she wanted to discuss. A complete failure and violation of trust. I'm sure there are many compassionate and effective counselors out there that can help those in need to improve their lives. This one did far more harm than good. I wrote a very detailed letter, addressing my concerns, to the manager/supervisor Maggy Baurley. Ms Baurley did not even have the courtesy to respond. Just an awful experience that I hope nobody else has to go through"

"Dodie Stein led me to believe my sessions would be covered so I would agree to come weekly, then billed me double for my sessions if they went over by a few minutes. The billing department also requires a credit card to keep on file so they can bill you randomly whenever they feel like it without your consent. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"The therapists my daughter has seen over the course of almost 2 years were just OK. One was better then the rest but this place seems like a revolving door for therapists. Seemed like as soon as she'd get comfortable they'd say they were leaving and she'd have to start with a new one. The most recently one she had to cancel the last appointment with Sue to school, well 3 weeks later her brother passed away. She's not doing well. She emailed her counselor to ask for an emergency appt....no reply. I look on the website, looks like she's gone already."

"I was referred by a friend to call and try to get in. I called them, the front receptionist told me to email the doctor. I emailed the doctor and she told me to call the office. Okay. So I called the office back, told them that the doctor told me to call them back. They asked for my insurance. I said Medicaid. They said "oh, she doesn't take Medicaid." I said, "really? Because my friend who goes here and sees her has Medicaid and there aren't any issues." They said, "well, she doesn't LIKE to." And this isn't even the end. I reached out to the doctor, briefly explained what happened and asked if I could be seen. She said she didn't have the time in her schedule (totally fine) but that she would give my info to another one and they would reach out. That was a month ago. It's crazy to me that these people say they're there to help people with their anxiety or ADHD or depression, yet they make them feel so inadequate and undervalued. I would NOT be surprised if someone who really needed the help was made to feel like garbage and now they're never reaching out again. Ridiculous patient focus."

"Lets just say that Ashley Gallaway is heaven sent. I have a 11 year old and a 16 year old that really enjoy their time with Ashley. If you are worried your child wont open up, dont be; she has a way with children and teens. I see progress in both of them and am so thankful to have her as their counselor."
