"Instructor Caixixi’s children’s batizado and Mindinho”s workshop was an incredible experience that left me feeling energized and inspired. The atmosphere was electric, and the people were filled with a contagious enthusiasm that was hard not to be swept up in. Mestre Mindinho”s knowledge is on the next level, taking the time to explain the moves and techniques thoroughly. Also helping students to understand the science of how to improve as an athlete in the art of Capoeira. Throughout the event, I learned a lot about best practices of theory and technique of capoeira. Overall, the event was a fantastic opportunity to learn and connect with others who share a passion for capoeira, and I look forward to attending future events in the future."
