She always listens to what I have to say and tries to find a solution that works best for me and my life style. "I received good service during my visit and Dr Reid is knowledgeable and nice. The problem is the billing and ethics of the practice. I went in for a wellness visit and annual labs that should be covered by insurance. I was very specific I only wanted services that were covered. Dr Renner wanted to set an additional appointment to come in to go over lab results. I said that's not necessary an email with results or phone call would be sufficient. She called several days later to go over the results with general guidance nothing that specific. The phone call lasted seven minutes. In come the bills. They tried billing $150 for an office visit which was not the case since it was a phone call. I called the billing lady. She said she would mark it down to a phone call. She then build it as a telehealth video chat for $ 70 to $80, I called her back and told her that was not a proper code for the service. She then asked me what it should be billed for. I asked her what her job was and she said it was billing. I was surprised she asked something like that. I told her it should be billed as a sub 10 min phone call or if she can't find the billing code then it's not a billable service. Now they have it down to a 5 to 10 minute phone call for $40. I'm surprised Dr. Reid didn't cancel the bill. They really want some money off this phone call. It takes me 2.5 hours to net $40. I have never heard of a business practice charging for a simple phone call to go over results they on a test they ordered and my insurance lady said the same thing that this is unheard of. Trying to use her online service to get the results did not work. They also billed me $170 for my lab results because she ordered several things without my knowledge that my insurance wouldn't cover. I had to call again to have the bill adjusted for the coverable items. So in the end what should have been free cost me $200 because they are in it as a business and not a medical practice. Definitely treated as a customer instead of a patient. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you want somebody that can bill correctly and not treat you as a paycheck. Response: You've lost my business due to needless billing. Can't be greedy and charge for things that should already be included in the service and you need to be upfront about billing. I will not refer others to your business. You can make more money being a good business rather than trying to get a quick extra buck out of people. I will also file a complaint with CMS."

"After 10 years struggling with symptoms, many NP and Dr's that I have seen wouldn't listen or try to help me with my struggles. I just started to see Dr.K and I am impressed. She did not only listened to me but she diagnosed me on the spot and got me the medication and treatment I needed. She is very kind, respectful and patient. I look at all of the bad reviews on here and I want to say I did not have that experience at all. Dr.K is amazing, she gave me my life back. I can finally go back to school and get my degree because I am no longer suffering!! Thank you Dr.K!!!"

"I wasn't going to write this but seeing as she's still in business I feel that I must. My husband and I were patients of hers at one point and time. We were new patients at the time and we only had one visit with her and that visit was enough to know that this Dr is shady in every sense of the word. My husband and I both struggle with Depression, anxiety he was also suffering with PTSD. I needed a rx filled of a medication that I had been on for years. and she refused to send it in to my pharmacy. Instead she admitted that she got in trouble with a few pharmacies due to not prescribing the correct medications to patients and that she was taking patients off of any and all depression and anxiety meds because she didn't want to get in trouble. She was really worried about losing her license and getting criminally charged which based on what she admitted to Im honestly surprised to see her still in business.And before y'all sit there and say that you can't find me as ever being a patient I can go back and look at my records and prove that I was. It's pretty pathetic that all the negative reviews except for mine pretty much said the same thing and instead of taking responsibility and apologizing to the patients that have been wronged y'all want to make excuses and defend her appalling behavior. My husband and I could've gotten her into some serious trouble and the only reason we did not was because unlike her we are true Christians. True Christians don't act the way that she did and apparently still does."
