"I had a really bad experience with this doctor. My insurance reported new diagnosis assigned by Dr. Del Rosario: pregnancy and diabetes except I have never been pregnant or had diabetes. I called the office asking for an explanation and was promised a call back that never came. I’m guessing that the doctor was charting on another patient. In addition, I felt that the doctor ignored the actual issue I came in with which caused a lot of problems that could have been avoided if the doctor actually took me seriously or knew what patient she was working with."

"Scheduled appointment two months ago from insurance providers website, so clearly Dr. Del Rosario is in network. I made my appointment with my insurance information, so this should have been noted for the office if they did not participate. Her office sent me extensive paperwork which I completed (again including my insurance information...another opportunity for their office to see my insurance information) all to be called hours before my appointment the day of to be told their office does not accept my insurance. Waiting two months for an appointment is barely acceptable; canceling the day of is not. Do better. **Update to response: It is not my responsibility to contact your office manager. My time was wasted. It falls on your office to address this issue including contacting the insurance company to have your information removed IF you are actually not in network. Upon my appointment being cancelled by your office today I contacted my insurance company before posting this review and they stated your office is in fact IN NETWORK."
