This experience made me distrust female doctors til this day."

"My wife has been going to Dr. Mary Burke for years. She had an appointment for 9:30am this Saturday morning. We were together when she made the appointment on her cell phone speaker. The appointment was set for 9:30. She got to Dr. Burke's office at 9:28 and was refused service. The receptionist said in a very rude manner that the appointment was set for 9:15am. My wife was rudely told that was not correct, that the appointment was set for 9:15 and that she passed up the 10 minute grace period so she had to leave and reschedule. This is extra frustrating because I personally heard the whole conversation on the phone and the appointment was definitely set for 9:30am, not 9:15, 9:15 was never discussed at all in the conversation. They rudely turned her away. I have been a Riverside Health Care customer for years. After this experience my wife left and will not be coming back. One rude experience like this and they lost a long time customer. She will now be coming over to Riverside with me."
