"I went here 4 years ago. Figured it was finally time for a review. The staff here is amazing. From Mrs carol (auntie carol), to mr Kevin, to Mr Jerry, Mr Jordan, and you can’t forget cosandman and the Mr Eric’s. they simply do not miss with their hirings. So many staff members were involved playing basketball with us, cards, putting on our tv shows, playing music for us, and most importantly talking to us. I learned more from the staff members than I feel I learned from my family in my teenage years. This place helped me graduate. and helped me grow. And if you do the work, it’ll help you too. Just want to say before I went here I had no clue what my future would hold. Now I make 28 an hour, I will make 42 an hour in 4 years. And I’m driving my own mustang and paying my own rent. Life is good. Thank you transitions."

"Well first off the women that runs this build is rude unprofessional and talks over you and she can't track of what she says she will send a email saying one thing then the same day text you something different and then she will be disrespectful to you and say no that's not what I said well guess what I keep every email every text and if I choose to speak to her I had my phone on speaker the family therapy was a joke it always turned into my son yelling and screaming at me and finally I just walked out the women who runs this build blamed me because I wouldn't take accountability she said well she was so wrong my son discharged 3 months ago and he isnt the young man who first went in to residential treatment he was in a different one before he went here he did the work for himself"

"The things I don't get with transitions they say they can help you, but in all reality, they are telling you everything you do is wrong and everything you say is a lie. And so many fights happened there its not even funny, and some of the nurses are rude but not all of them and props to the education department in transition, and there the reason why I graduated with the first place. But when a school calls you about someone's transcript for school, don't be rude about it. Talk to them nicely it will go a long way."

"I am a parent who was calling for information about my sons GED scores for a job..the receptionist failed to ask to take information so I could get a call back so I am persistent of course. she had me on the phone and was rude with the education department about me calling!! MA'am I work in the professional arena..Please educate yourself on the proper way to answer the phones, take messages and so forth! Then you would not get irritated with your secretarial position!! I recommend some classes and I hope you know that FAFSA is a free program that will allow you to get schooling paid for. Thank you and have a great day! It is December 16, 2020."
