"Extremely difficult to get on the phone, don't have a patient portal, you can't email them they only take fax."
"Horrible people. Set up appointment. Finished all my pre visit paperwork, they had a whole week to contact me if my Dr didn't send a BEG referral. Returned a call on the day of the appointment, only to be told that they cancelled my appointment. Wtf? It literally takes 1 phone call and less than 5 minutes for me to get my Dr to send the referral. Then they had the nerve to say "Well we can reschedule" what? So you can get my insurances money? Y'all work for us, the people. There's plenty of doctors around who need the money. Anyone who reads this, DO NOT let your doctor's jerk you around, and keep you waiting. They GET their cash. If your appointment is at 12, be taken to the back @12. I'll find another lung Dr. There's plenty"
