"These guys are great! I love my bike. She's extremely old, probably from the 70s, but she's my old bike and I love her. Given her age, I was upset when her original tires finally blew. I thought for sure this was it -- that it would be a weird, specialized problem that I inevitably wouldn't be able to afford, or just wouldn't be worth it, and I would have to say goodbye to my old friend. But!! That wasn't the case at all! The shop was knowledgeable and had an immediate fix for my "vintage" bike. They replaced both tires and she was ready for pickup the next day. I am so grateful to them and highly recommend them ❤️"

"Very Disappointed. I was a returning customer, I traded my previous purchase 3 wheel bike that I paid over $1,200. I traded it in for a Nautilus exercise bike priced at $899.95 They had told me they would match pricing if I found it cheaper, so the Nautilus web site was offering for $799.99. They agreed they would match that price but in the box only, they would not put it together. As a returning customer I felt very unappreciated. We were also looking at e bikes for my husbands but decided to not buy from here after this experience. Bucks also said they will not work on any repairs unless purchased from them. Chesterton Bike shop does not have that policy. So we purchased his E bike on Saturday."

"BAD Bike shop. Horrible Customer Service. I rode my bike to Bucks Bike Shop in Valaparaiso on a Friday afternoon for a minor bike repair. They said they couldn't fix it until Monday, but could fix it, while I waited if I arrived on Monday at 9:00am. I arrived Monday morning, 9:00an and was the first customer. I was waited on by the owner, who said I had to leave it for a day. This was NOT what I was told on Friday. Then, another employee chimed in, out of nowhere, got in my face and said, "I TOLD YOU THAT WHEN I TALKED TO YOU ON THE PHONE FRIDAY! He Lied!! I Never called or talked to anybody on the phone. Then the man who waited on me the prior Friday said... "I told you it would take two days." ALL LIES! This is a Horrible Bike Shop Business! As for the owner? He tore up my ticket in front of me to accentuate his rudeness and total disrespect for his customer. This is a bad business."

"Last week I made my first (two) visits to Bucks bicycle shop. The first time my mother and I were going to get information about, and parts for, a bike we are restoring. The employees were exceptionally helpful and obviously quite passionate and knowledgeable about their profession. We left with a bag full of parts and went home to try to put it all together. We ended up getting a lot of it done but were left with some more questions and needed some additional help. The second visit they were incredibly busy and the place was packed. All the employees remained engaged and were helping all the guests in a prompt manner. I expected to get a bit of information and to go home and attempt my work on the bike, but the employees actually did the last bit of work for me and didn't ask for a dime. I ended up buying a few more accessories from the shop and left very happy with my purchases and experience at Buck's. I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone."
