"Been going to this Walgreens for years and it’s always been great, especially when Mr. McBride the pharmacy manager is there, he’s great to deal with…. Went for a flu shot and once again Milan was there to give it to me and he not only does a terrific job but he’s very personable and great to talk to…. As others have said here, they do have a pharmacist named Courtney I believe, who is not real friendly and has an obvious attitude, you immediately sense it… I understand they are always busy but you know that before you enter that business of waiting and serving people in a pharmacy…. Walgreens probably needs to give her an attitude adjustment or move her out of the store…. However, overall my experience at this pharmacy and dealing with Mr. McBride has always been positive…"

"Every time I come to pick up a prescription, every pharmacist is so incredibly rude. I was trying to pick up a prescription and she spoke to me like I was stupid then kept telling me it was on back order and I told her I understand but that I was picking up other items and she would not listen to me then proceeded to roll her eyes at me! If you hate your job so much then find something else to do. There’s no reason to be that rude to people on a daily basis."

"The rest of the store is fine, but that one pharmacist (woman with the tattoos) that I see everybody complaining about is something else. Full on attitide with me from the get go when I had a question about insurance. Then proceeded to have a full on fit and yelled at me when I accidentally touched her precious "tote" because she spoke so unintelligibly that I didn't know she said not to. It really isn't that hard to just not be rude to people. I've seen children with more manners than she has. Do better."

"Set an appointment for 10am. Arrived on time. 1 hour of waiting, still nothing. Whats the point scheduling a vaccine if they make you wait next to a line of sick people getting prescriptions forever? No medical or vaccine patients in front of us. Just terrible service. At the very least, allow someone to go do something else and call or text the customer when the pharmacy is ready to provide the scheduled service."

"I've been using this pharmacy for years with no issues until recently. Treated very rudely for absolutely no reason by the woman ringing me up for my prescription and a few other items. It wasn't just one thing that was said but 3 or 4. I was shocked beyond belief and how I was being spoken to and have never had that experience at this or any other pharmacy before. I'm holding out hope that she will no longer be employed there so I am sticking it out to see how my next experience goes. If it happens again, I'll be switching."
