"If you are considering hiring Indy Sport Group for your team's photos, don't hesitate! Indy Sport Group is a fantastic company. The photos are unique and the photographer clearly worked to get the kids comfortable because for once my kid isn't grimacing in his photos. I was really excited to get them but then Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas commandeered all of my free time. Fast forward from October to January when I finally realized that I'd never received my photos. I contacted the company and got an immediate response. He worked with the school to try and track them down. When that was unsuccessful, he reprinted the photos and brought them to school the very next day. I'm so used to customer service being a battle, so this resolution truly delighted me."
