"Staff is always pleasant. No one ever answers phone and never know what to expect as far as: what are their hours, are they open, are they closed? Has gotten very trendy and not every fat chick wants to wear sleeveless shirts or empire waistbands."

"This store is fabulous!! I love the clothes here. The selection of sizes is vast and the different styles are plentiful. The prices are a little on the high side but they have a large clearance selection in the back of the store. It’s easy to get into the dressing room and you can try anything on without any sales pressure from the employees. They aren’t pushy at all and they let you shop without harassment. They do ask if you want to sign up for the Torrid credit card when you check out but it’s not overbearing. I always enjoy myself at Torrid. Only positive attributes."

Shout out to Becky who is incredibly helpful and kind and is excellent with customer service even when something isn't right, she never loses her cool (I know I sometimes sound angry when I'm not and had some questions and she was amazing anyways and that is often hard to do in the retail business so I'm gonna praise how well she did.)I think everything in this pic was from torrid except the necklace."
