"I found everything I was looking, and had to use the restroom before I began shopping. It was bar none, the cleanest restroom in any store or restaurant I have been in a long time. When I asked, I was told Misti is responsible for keeping the restrooms clean. She does an outstanding job !!!!"

"I would like to see more books. Not everyone uses electronics. Prices need to be more affordable. They are too pushy for a credit card. Not everyone is able to get one. I get the coupons on returns, the cashier never uses it. They never work."

"I’ve shopped at this Kohl’s for years and have always had positive experiences. However, last week I had a horrible experience that still hasn’t been made right. While checking out my transaction went through on my end, but mysteriously not on Kohl’s end, meaning my card was charged, but their system didn’t show the purchase had gone through. Thankfully, I was using my bank card which showed the purchase had been completed immediately. Additionally, the cashier agreed that the customer screen has noted the transaction was successful. Despite showing this proof to the manager, Jerald, he refused to both issue me a refund AND refused to let me leave with the items I purchased. Jerald also reprimanded the cashier in front of me, and other customers, blaming her for the error. I was happy to see her stand up for herself! I’ve since disputed this charge with my bank, but have been told by Jerald, and corporate, it’s not really their problem and that “this has happened before”. I’m genuinely upset about the way the situation was handled. I still have a charge that was processed for goods I didn’t receive. Very disappointed in Kohl’s and their management at this location."

"Others have mentioned store cleanliness, and I suppose this is somewhat true, but the store is consistently a mess and either severely understaffed or - more likely - mismanaged. I visited on a Sunday afternoon to find a dozen people waiting in line at a single register, with other employees walking around the checkout area but not assisting. This issue was also present pre-COVID, though to a lesser degree. The Kohl’s in Marion is a drive, but in much better shape. 2 stars instead of one because the staff have always been good with returns and shipping items."

"Its a kohls. Decent prices when on sale. Stores mostly clean but you got to be careful for pins and other trash that might be laying out. You can usually find a large amount of clothes and the changing rooms that haven't been put away yet. However the selection is decent and there is usually a lot of other different items besides clothes including kitchen stuff that stuff and electronics. Make sure you sign up to get updates and discounts through the rewards."
