"We waited about two hours. We had an appointment at 3:45 and it is currently 5:30 and we have still not been helped. I can’t even wrap my mind around the fact that we have sat here for that long. No one’s really telling us anything either. It’s baffling. My cat literally just has a scratch on her leg. We’re here as a precaution. Two hours sitting in the waiting room. That’s unacceptable. We made an appointment yesterday and got here on time today. What’s the point of an appointment if you don’t get helped until two hours later? Would not recommend."

They stay very busy so expect to wait even if you have an appointment, but it is totally worth it! We couldn’t be happier with our choice in a vet clinic."
