"I had problems in the distant past, like almost everytime I got a script filled it didn't have the correct count of the meds in it. I always count my prescriptions because I can understand how easy it could be to get confused with allll of the different scripts with all of the different people. Now that Win Dixie sent their customers to the Walgreens I use puts even more pressure on them. When they were continuously mis counting the medicine I came one more visit away from switching. But it seemed like they got rid of the ones who couldn't count and or couldn't keep up. But now, I have no problems. Well except about 4 months ago I went through the drive through and had around 5 scripts to pick up. I'm so glad I pulled over in a parking spot to just make sure everything was in there. On their defense it was literally just filled and ready to pick up. But I was missing a very important medication, one of the types of meds you just cannot go without without the repercussions from missing a day of not having it. But I just walked in the store and my script was still sitting where the pharmacist had just gotten it ready to go. But I had to pay twice for the meds, once in the drive through and once in the store. Normally I wouldn't have cared but I was already into my overdraft so having to purchase it separately from the rest like it should have been, basically meaning I paid a extra $35 dollars for a $10 dollar prescription"

"This Walgreens sucks! Don't do business with them! They refused to get some cough medicine I badly needed from one of their nearby stores. They couldn't transfer the prescription because it was a controlled substance. My doctor's office was closed for the weekend."

"My daughter is a college student was very, sick went to Dr. they call in her prescription to CVS but had to have it transferred to Walgreens. She gave them my insurance card at Walgreens and she had to call me, which I am 3-1/2 hrs away. I had to talk to the pharmacist because she (the pharmacist)said my card was for Dr Visits and hospitalization not for prescriptions. Well apparently she does not have a clue about insurance. it has RX on the bottom of the card for medication. Then after sitting there well over 2 hours and making 3 visits to the counter they told her it had been ready and they had called her name several times. She was sitting there in front of them and they were looking at her and never called her name. This place is a joke and you can bet I will be finding another pharmacy for her. Management needs to find employees who could do better. Too bad you can’t give negative -stars."

"So absolutely fed up with the attitudes of these Pharmacy employees! EVERY TIME someone answers, they just get more rude and hateful. I left Walgreens due to a HIPPA violation from a Pharmacy Tech and went to Winn Dixie. Well, due to Winn Dixie closing, I have no choice but to return to Walgreens and I’m sick over it. They told me my prescription was ready on Monday (talked to 2 people) and they told me it was ready for pick up. Drove 40 mins there, just for them to tell me, that it’s not ready, it’s not actually in stock, it’s actually on back order!! Not one person had the decency to tell me, so they just lied to me and let someone else handle it. I was told just to call back every day after 2:00pm just to see if it’s available, yet and each person I talk to just gets nastier and nastier with me. I honestly, pity the people that rely on this pharmacy for life-saving medications. I feel so sorry for the people that DEPEND on this Pharmacy. Is there a negative star review?!?!"

"If I could give them no stars I would. We quit using Walgreens because of the terrible pharmacy experiences. The doctor accidentally sent a prescription there and it’s an act of congress to have it transferred. After the 4th time calling, the woman who I was speaking to flat out lied and told me the scripts had been transferred without even looking in the system."
