"The location is excellent for the Mawrence schools and near the reservoir. The apartments look like condos with most having garages. The neighborhood is small and friendly."
"These apartments used to be nice until the new recent property management took over. The people at the office are rude, snobby, and dumb. I went over to the office telling them about maintenance issues that was never fixed when one of the ladies at the office told me the maintenance will be over to fix it. Then she told me to call the emergency maintenance number instead. The pool is messy and trashy. Nobody cleans it. Some residents clean the pool which it's not their responsibility to do so. It's the apartments employees to clean it. The new property management only cares about money not about their residents."
"I really enjoyed the 5 Years I lived at the Grande Reserve at Geist! Most apartments do not usually feel like home, this one did! Great location and floor plans! The attached garage and fireplace were added bonuses. I will definitely miss my home at the Grande Reserve at Geist."
"Honestly, I have had several issues since I moved into my apartment but, what makes it easy when facing issues is dealing with a very responsive and professional staff! Everyone is kind and respectful which goes a long way in my eyes. Great team work on behalf of your staff"
"RUN RUN RUN DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL BE OFFERED A MOLDY APARTMENT!!! I have had issues since day 1 of moving here. From my apartment not being ready with absolutely nothing installed or painted on my move in day to being exposed to black mold on more than one occasion. I was also given a garage at no cost because of all the issues only for them to remove my belongings and give the garage to another tenant after repeatedly telling them the garage belongs to me. There was a leak in my closet and items were damaged. No compensation and took their time fixing. There is now black mold growing in the shower as a result of a leak from the unit above me. My 2 year old daughter has developed respiratory issues and eczema skin flare up’s from this. They have no sense of urgency to fix this serious health issue. I will have to take the necessary legal action in order to get this resolved."
