"Used to be alright but have gone downhill in recent years. Tried to have my car towed for a low tire with no notice in the middle of the pandemic when everything was closed despite them knowing that everything is closed and no one was outside. And the car is registered with the apartments and they know exactly whose car it is and they don't even have the decency to call or knock and just try to stick you with a 200$ bill. I wouldn't have even known my car had a sticker on it if not for a friendly neighbor because our parking area is BEHIND our building."

"No new appliances, takes days for maintenance work, roaches should I continue cheap for rent but almost not worth it"

"I'm giving 3 fountains a 2 because rent is market rate, but they used cheap paint, units don't get cleaned properly b4 move in cheap carpet, out dated kitchen appliances out dated bathrooms, out dated washer & dryer appliances, I'm sure it's mold here, out dated doors there brown gross, out dated closet doors, and they had they nerve to up the depoist tht they usually keep most of even if you deserve it.."
