"I’ve been living here since September 2023. At first the office staff was very helpful in getting me moved into a unit. Since then I’ve been dealing with rats and roaches since October 2023. Their exterminator company don’t do an adequate job fixing the problem. There’s been several safety issues including a high speed chase and hostage situation with Lawrence police. They residents are trifling and do t even through their trash in the dumpster. They just throw it on the ground in front of the dumpster. I receive section 8 yet they have been stealing the money and not crediting my account for the government funds they acknowledge they are receiving every month."

"Never in my life have I experienced an apartment complex like this. The property manager Ruth Johnson is a complete inconsiderate woman. She has to have things going on at home because she is beyond rude and always have an attitude. I moved here in July of ‘22. And let me just say this. I’ve asked multiple times for maintenance to come a fix my sons closet it door when I first moved here and they didn’t. I’ve asked them to glaze my shower, they didn’t, I’ve told them on numerous occasions that I have pest and mice. No one has still done anything, but they have the nerve to try to want rent on time. This is a scam and the health department and news needs to come out there which I’m working on in the time being. They definitely need a new property manager for sure. I will pray for Ruth. Please work on that. I am calling the health department as well to come check my unit out. I’ve also got proof that I’ve asked multiple times to exterminate. Please do not move here. It’s sad. The dumpsters are disgusting. The parking lot is trashy. It’s false advertisement. Do not move here. 0 stars if I could."

"They are horrible with no concept of emergency maintenance. Empty unit next door flooded which flooded my mom's apartment but she wasn't there when it happened. she returned home to soaked carpets, wet furniture, and destroyed property. Maintenance came and said they would be out next day to extract water, they called the next day and said they couldn't get to it until4 days later due to holiday. so she's had to deal with carpet that had already been wet for at least 48 hours at this point and would have to wait 4 more days just to get water up. she got sick went to hospital. I've called everyday since then and gotten bo responses. They do not care about tenants atoll, especially the elderly. if I could give 0 stars I would"

"If I could give this 0 starts I would this is THE WORST apartment you can ever live in.when we fist move in the house was filthy we had to clean everything ourselves. Everything you call the office they never Answer the phone. Anytime you need a repair or any Maintenance help they never come unless you go to the office and make noise. My AC have not been working for about two weeks now and it’s the summer it’s very hot no one came to fix it and I hold them I have an infant in the house, till up to this day maintenance have not come to repair the ac. Please do not waste your time here you will surely regret it……………."
