"I have been living at these apartments for almost a year now and every month something has broken we have been living without hot water since really Christmas but I must say since New Year's it's January 16th but we still have to pay rent at the first of the month but hot water is included in rent and we haven't had it in half the month on Christmas they called and said everyone had to move out the apartments because stuff wasn't working if you thinking about moving here it better be the last option because you do not want to live here"

"It's been an absolute nightmare living here. Currently my furnace doesn't work. At all. It's 30 degrees Fahrenheit outside and 60 degrees in my apartment. I got 2 hours of sleep last night because I had to wake up every hour and drive my family around so we didn't literally freeze to death. I called the emergency maintenance line 9 times over the weekend, and I called the Department of Health 5 times. I probably won't be able to work again today because I am exhausted from fighting with the office staff. One guy who I think is management actually yelled at me so forcefully that his voice cracked. He said I that if they can get my thermostat to read 65, then I will have to pay a whole bunch of fees. I'm done. I didn't want to live there in the first place but had no other options. Last summer for two-three weeks, no one had hot water. Some people had no water at all. Several tenants called the Health Department. This place should be condemned. Many apartments have pest isues ranging from big basement bugs to mice. And not just one or two. These are infestations. And management refuses to do anything. Considering moving in? I suggest you run the other way at warp speed and never look back."

"This place is a joke. The mgmt is trying to run the complex from Mexico. This is unhealthy!!! Please get this place under control. U want your rent on time, yet tenants don't have the basics. This place was such a nice complex. Since intempus has taken over it has gotten worse!!!! Maybe the news Channel will help!!!"

"Place needs updates that aren't costly, such as fixing the huge holes into parking lot. Main doors into blgs need paint and new hardware. Professional plumbers and HVAC are needed immensely. Not a handyman who isn't qualified to do the work hired to do. Shady management. Excuses, excuses!!!!!"

"Although the apartments are very spacious (which to me is the only good quality), the prices of them are extremely too high for the location. I lived in a 2 bedroom and then went over to a townhouse thinking I would have a washer and dryer hookup but I still only had excess to the one wash room available to me (with one washer, and two dryers). This took me forever to wash and sometimes could not wash at all because the wash room was being occupied. I also had issues with management who towed my car because another resident told her it was something wrong with it. She never checked with me concerning the vehicle but instead just towed it (she knew it was my vehicle too, wasn't like she didn't know who it belonged too). After speaking with her about it, she had them bring it back and said " I didn't know that it was working because "so and so" told me it was something wrong with it. Instead of checking with my first she listened to what another resident had to say about my property. Not to mention, she always talked to me about other residents, which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! To add I also have a two year old and I'm always concerned about his safety, the apartment complex usually would inform the residents about coming into our apartments for inspections, and other things such as having security drive through the complex. However, they never told us that someone got killed right in our apartment complex (a guy killed his mother), but instead I had to find out about it on the news!!! I was pissed, at least give me a heads up about things like that because its serious, especially when you have kids! I also had issue with signing a new lease. I signed with one lady, and then she disappeared. The new lady sent a letter stating that I owed money because my lease wasn't in the system, which wasn't my mistake but they tried to fault me for it. Just seems like they are not doing their jobs correctly. Very limited parking, and when you have multiple vehicles they will constantly say something about the one least occupied getting towed. Not a very comfortable place to live with constantly having to watch your back, hear about your car being parked, washing is limited, and unprofessional people working in the office!! Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Take your money somewhere else."
