"STAY FAR FAR AWAY! At the best there incompetent at the worst there dishonest. Signed a 6-month lease at the time of the lease signing i told the Manger I would not be staying longer than 6 months. she then said " you have to give us 60 days’ notice. I reiterate that I would not be staying. You would think at that time I would have gotten the form to sign that needed to be signed. Instead a year after I moved out I get a letter from a collection agency. don't make the mistakes I did and rent at Elon properties. I had perfect credit and now because of a bad decision it took a hit. Not once did any one try and contact me about a problem. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!"
"Poor management at Rosewood Commons. Do not live here. Been here 11 years, never needed an inspection for lease renewal. Not stated in my lease. And for me refusing to let them invaded my privacy while I was not dressed and they wanted to barge in my apartment the manager decided to unjustified evict me and my 4 yr old grandson. I have not place to go and i am due to have surgery. I have been emotional harassed and no one cares about the residents living here. I have even requested my rental ledgers from 2011 to present so I could look for another place and the manager refused to give me my request. They want me too leave but do not want me too take my business elsewhere. Whoever is Cheryl Jerskey boss at Rosewood she is bringing down your property for the worse. She never had on a mask either. Her and Lisa Willis are bad for the community. People who have recently moved in has already moved out. They're bad news"
