"I’ve been a resident for 12+ years and I love the peace and quiet. Some residents are a little louder than others but not bad. The office and maintenance are wonderful and very helpful people. I feel safe and secure her. Great place to live"

"Not recommend by me to anyone. All they care is I will charge you for this or that. It started well but I’m sick of them keep having me pay more money for things I should not pay for. With no consideration and rudely trying to show you that you’re wrong. Towed both of my cars and have me pay 170$ to take them from some rude people that I don’t feel comfortable to talk to. I still think they should reinvested me when they know my car has a parking permit in it. I also don’t like to be charge 25$ for trash cause I always take my trash to the dumpster I should be have those money back as well."

"I have been living here for 8 years. I have dealt with mice, 5 water leaks from the up stairs neighbors, backed up kitchen sink. Now the furnace is not working correctly it's not blowing out air the thermostat is on 50 but it reads 75 degrees in the apt. I called the office explained the issue and was told if it's not 70 degrees outside then they will not came to fix it...then the witched hung up on me( Lord take the wheel). Cars have been broken into, license plates have been stolen they did nothing but told me I had 3 days to get another one. I also pay for a trash service that I don't and will not use. They have changed my lease after I signed and lied and said they did not do it. I asked to speak with corporate they told me they live in another country. It use to be nice here but has gone downhill. Don't move here you will regret it."

"Lived here from 2018 to 2023, never missed a payment. Even with the rent increasing around $100 each year but no new renovations or installments to my apartment unit or the property . The only new installation was the trash can fee of $25 added to the rent. After my lease ended, I still haven’t receive my deposit in the mail or been updated by the management and it’s been 2 months since I’ve moved. I left my unit spotless. If you move here, the community is quiet and the maintenance is efficient but the constantly increasing rent, unnecessary additional fees and lack of communication from management make Waterstone a lot less great than it was when I first moved here."
